These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JWL website and your purchase of products and services from us.

The website is operated by Jewelebrate Jewellery LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading through the JWL brand.

By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

2. Products

JWL specialises in fine jewellery, including diamond, gemstone and precious-metal jewellery.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. However, because jewellery contains natural or laboratory-grown materials and is photographed under controlled lighting, minor differences may occur between photographs and the product you receive.

Screen settings may also affect the appearance of colours.

Measurements, dimensions, carat weights and other specifications may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Diamonds & Gemstones

Diamond and gemstone characteristics may vary from stone to stone.

Where a product is sold with an independent grading report, the characteristics stated in that report will govern the grading of the relevant stone.

Images may be enlarged to show detail and should not be relied upon as representations of actual physical size.

4. Lab-Grown Diamonds

Where a product contains laboratory-grown diamonds, this will be identified in the relevant product description.

Laboratory-grown diamonds are diamonds produced through technological processes rather than mined from the earth. Customers should review the product description and certification information before purchasing.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

JWL makes reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate. However, typographical, technical or pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilment and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we identify an obvious pricing or product-information error;

• required verification cannot be completed;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or

• we cannot legally fulfil or deliver the order.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Made-to-Order & Custom Jewellery

Many JWL products are manufactured specifically for the customer.

You are responsible for confirming all specifications—including ring size, metal, diamond or gemstone selection, engraving and other personalisation—before approving your order.

Once manufacturing or customisation begins, changes or cancellations may be restricted.

8. Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate ring size.

Sizing standards and fit may vary according to ring width, design and individual preference.

Where available, we recommend confirming your size with JWL before ordering.

9. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Additional verification may be requested for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the JWL website and its contents—including designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, product descriptions, videos and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Jewelebrate Jewellery LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
